Billy Little - Principal Consultant
Billy Little is an experienced Quality professional with over 20 years’ experience leading Quality functions and developing Quality Management Systems across start-ups, manufacturing and highly regulated industries.
With expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and AS9100, Billy has worked across sectors including medical devices, automotive, advanced manufacturing and deep tech hardware design & manufacturing. He combines a strong understanding of Quality standards with practical experience implementing systems that work effectively within real-world businesses.
Billy has particular experience supporting start-ups and growing organisations, building Quality Management Systems from the ground up for early phase and scaling start-ups. He has established QMS frameworks, supplier Quality processes, audit programmes, risk management and structured problem-solving methodologies, while helping to embed Quality into wider business decision-making.
His senior Quality leadership experience also includes managing large teams, working with international customers and suppliers, and delivering measurable improvements in customer complaints and Cost of Quality.
